Meeting with Highways England

Very productive meeting with Highways England in Parliament this afternoon. I stressed the importance of solving the congestion problem on Southampton Road/A36. Highways England will now be engaging with Wiltshire Council over the next three months and reporting back later this year to outline what can be achieved to move us forward.
